Our newest feature is called the utilities distributor. This feature allows companies that manage mobile homes or any property that you

  want to pass on to the Tenant the actual amount of the prorated utilities.

When you bring it up it loads all Tenants with last billed utilities charge. Just enter the new charge in the NEXT column and

click Save. This saves a lot of time compared to opening each Tenant individually.
