Can I create an Income and Loss report for a Building from MyProp?

Answer: Yes can create an Income and Loss statement for one building, all buildings or all of one owners buildings from MyProp or from QuickBooks.

Can I see all transactions for any period?

Answer: Yes you can run a G/L detail report showing all the transactions for any period of time.  

What if I use a bank account for each owner? 

MyProp can handle multiple bank accounts used for multiple owners. The bank account you want your income and expenses posted to is set up on the Owner maintenance screen. When rent is received it gets posted directly to that bank account that you specified. If you use multiple bank accounts you can't use undeposited funds when you make deposits. 

Note: Creating bills and then writing checks from them will not post correctly in MyProp, you need to write checks directly.
